Last Saturday he was at her house and they were happy. Just the usual lovey dovey couple they always were. They ate Russian food and made jokes. Flirted and just enjoyed themselves. When he left neither of them wanted to separate and they stretched it out as long as possible.
On Sunday he texted her first thing, and they talked like they always did. In that easy way that people who know each other well talk... That night he was leaving for a school trip to Washington D.C. at 12 am, and he told her he loved her and would text her every chance he got.
Expectant she waited for the messages she just knew would pop up on the screen. Barely making it through the three day period of no contact. She never saw it coming....
On Wednesday she did receive a text, but it was not from the person she wanted it to be. She was informed that he had been seeing some other girl during the trip and would be dumping her when he got back. Of course the next move was to try and get a hold of him.
He messaged her back two hours later, saying that he would 'talk to her tomorrow'. She refused to be rebuked, fighting for the truth.
And now she asks the questions, how can three days trump the year and a half they spent together? How did it even compare? To this the reply was obvious, perhaps he just never loved her in the first place?

Messy messes...
Whelp, I guess I kinda lied.
I didn't mean to leave deviantart for so long I swear!
And I have so much I need to upload...
I know I keep saying I'll return for good, and I keep planning to!
But than something always gets in the way...
I went to Washington for a week and a half for the NSLC (national student leadership conference) on Medicine and Healthcare. Honestly- it was pretty amazing. So many great people, and honestly some of the most exciting experiences of my life so far. Definitely sealed the deal on wanting to become a doctor when I'm older. On top of that I suppose it'll look pretty good on college applications as well.
On my w
I will never be good enough for you...
And I suppose I might as well get used to it.
I've returned. I think. Though this may just be the result of a once-in-a-school-year weekend without homework. But I've cleaned up some of my deviations, and I think I may start posting again. That is if any of you still remember me.
Sorry for not being around, it seems I have a lot of catching up to do, and I really do hope to get around to it.
Meanwhile in my real life... 99 percent average for the second semester! Woot! :D I guess sometimes hard work does pay off. Than again, that may just be the fact that I'm single and have nothing else to put energy toward. I haven't been writing as much
I hate this...
So so so so so so much....
But I love him.
Which somehow makes it so so so so worth it....
Hmmm....
Part of me is just waiting for him to realize how much better he could do... Ah sweet insecurities, why must you pester me so?
